Business Associate - Obligations

1. Premises :

A. Office : The ideal premises required shall be in the region of 200 - 300 sq. ft. of area, located on the ground or 1st floor of a good location in city / town. The location should have good visibility and should be easily accessible with adequate facilities.

B. Agri Land (Optional) : - One Acre irrigated and safe Agri land for demo of KAT's Projects.

2. Vehicle : Own vehicle is must.

3. Telephone : Telephone is also must.

4. Investment : According to the KAT's Plan list.

Obligations of "KAT"(Kansal Agro-Tech)

The obligation of KAT to its Business Associates would include :-

* One sign board free of cost provided by KAT.

* Marketing support provided by KAT.

* Trained supervisor for field process provided by KAT.

* Office stationary and Advertisement material (Poster, Banner & Pamphlets e.t.c.) as mentioned in the KAT's plan list.
